With the Scan App from Eventim, tickets can be easily verified via iPhone or Android smartphone. I have arranged the structure of the app more clearly so that all functions can be found easily and conceived new features.
Onboarding
Admission controls at concerts can be stressful. With instructions on all the important functions, even new employees know immediately how the app works and find their way around.
